What do a WNBA MVP and former world number one professional tennis player have in common? Besides being at the top of their game in their chosen sport, they’re here to encourage everyone to vote for this election by star team up.

As part of Glamour‘s Women of the Year film, an all-star roster of athletes teamed up for an important message: Vote! The PSA features uplifting words from Nneka Ogwumike, Tatyana McFadden, Billie Jean King, Simone Biles, Lindsey Vonn, Allyson Felix, Elena Delle Donne, Diamond DeShields, Missy Franklin Johnson, Mikaela Shiffrin, and A’ja Wilson.

So why is casting your ballot so important? “Because, first of all, we’re allow to vote,” says Billie Jean King, tennis icon and activist. Never one to mince words, the recent Glamour cover star team up reminds us that it wasn’t so long ago when women were denied this right.

And so many important issues are on the line this election surrounding health care, racial inequality, and a woman’s right to choose. Voting isn’t just a one-day deal, and the results can influence everyone’s life for years.

“I know how impactful it can be, not just in fostering change but engaging with your community,” says Nneka Ogwumike, who plays for the Los Angeles Sparks and was named the WNBA’s MVP in 2016.

With only 15 days remaining until the general election, there’s no time to waste in making sure you’ve filled out your mail-in ballot or made a game plan for how you’ll be getting to the polls.

“Don’t let the game get play without you,” Olympic sprinter Allyson Felix reminds us. Couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
