Camila Cabello, who has been honest about her own battles with stress and anxiety in the past, is encouraging others to request aid if their psychological health is suffering.

The vocalist shared a message with her fans on social networks during National Suicide Avoidance Week.

” every 40 seconds a household loses someone to suicide. This heartbreaking reality advises us today, during National Suicide Avoidance Week, that we don’t understand what another person is going through. I have actually been open about my obstacles with psychological health, OCD, and stress, and anxiety. And the bravest thing I ever did was a request for assistance when I was suffering,” she composed on Saturday (Sept. 12).

” Being human is hard,” Cabello included. Therefore, If you’re struggling with your psychological health and are reading this now, please take it as an indication to ask for help. There are individuals that want to see you recovered and feeling better and can help you through it.
