Busy professionals everywhere have been forced to rethink their fitness and health habits in 2020, as they manage their entire empires from their homes or apartments. Going to the gym, taking part in fitness classes, and working out in groups isn’t exactly the norm heading into the New Year, which is why fitness coach and trainer, Allegra Paris, has launched a program that works in tandem with social-distancing regulations.
Entrepreneurs, freelancers, and solopreneurs are working in tight spaces, with all-too-readily-available access to nearby refrigerators stocked with food. The nutritional self-control and self-motivation to get up and move isn’t exactly at an all-time high, says Allegra Paris. She, too, knows the restrictions.
“When I’m sitting in my NYC apartment and can’t access my gym, it’s not easy to find the motivation to workout at home,” said Allegra. “That’s why I want to be that accountability coach for people everywhere looking to get in control of their health as part of their 2021 New Year’s Resolution. If 2020 was the year of sedentary living at home, I want 2021 to be the year we all learn how to adapt to healthiness in a socially-distanced world.”
Personalized Health & Fitness
The AP FIT Program is defined as a fitness transformation journey with personalized, one-on-one access to Allegra. The PREMIUM Program will come with workout plans, meal plans, progress tracking, 24-7 messaging, and virtual training sessions that guarantee accountability and oversight by Allegra.
In total, Allegra will be offering 3 program levels at: INDIVIDUAL, PLUS, and PREMIUM. All of the plans are designed to accommodate small spaces, limited workout equipment, and all of the other complexities that come from managing an entire lifestyle right from home.
“All of this change can be challenging, that’s for certain,” said Allegra. “But it just means we need to get creative. I include workout plans, meal plans, recipes, progress tracking, and messaging right inside a centralized app that people can access wherever they go. They can even download and save the plans from the app at any time. I like to think of it as health and fitness made easy.”
Allegra is accepting clients of all experience levels, from beginners up through seasoned athletes. She administers a questionnaire for each client, learning more about their personal access to equipment, their fitness goals, and their workout preferences. Clients can choose to complete their programs at-home, at the gym, or a hybrid combination.
Lastly, Allegra permits clients to message her via the app 24-7. She engages comments, questions, and updates to ensure all participants are embracing the ‘new normal’ of fitness, even if it’s from home.
